Need a New Place in Lynn, MA?
Hello Friends.
Forgive me if I am misusing this site, but I have a small business in Lynn, MA (I own six apartments), and I wanted to make sure that my advertising is as inclusive as possible. I have great references from my tenants. I live within five miles of the properties I own, and I care about the community. Lynn has a few challenges, but I think it is a Jewel of a city with enormous potential. I have invested in the community for the long haul. The economic downturn has hurt Lynn, but I believe it will bounce back and become even better than it was before. I have talked to a lot of property developers who are buying up commercial real estate in the city left and right. This is a very good sign for the future.
I have a few vacancies, so please feel free to write if you are interested. Also, let me know if you prefer that I do not post classified ad's to this site. I would like to continue the discussion on Lynn's reannasiance though, if anyone is interested. Respectfully, Leah
